  • Power Press room organization and supplies

  • Organizing workflow and priorities to develop and hit schedules

  • Leading and implementing changes to improve efficiency of room operations
  • In charge of Power Press setup personnel, Power Press maintenance toolmakers, and Power Press operators
  • Will report to the Director of Operations of the company
  • Interact with other manufacturing departments

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a toolmaker
  • Power Press setup experience
  • Leadership experience in Power Press environment
  • 5+ years of experience as a supervisor
  • Proficient in running various size Power Press machines
  • Have knowledge of computers, inspection equipment, and reading blueprints

Power Press Setup Team Leader

 

Responsibilities:

  • Set-up Powerpress Stamping machines (100-150 ton) Power Press room organization and supplies
  • Power Press equipment maintenance
  • Organizing workflow and priorities to develop and hit schedules
  • Quality of products
  • Leading and implementing changes to improve efficiency of room operations
  • In charge of Power Press setup personnel, Power Press maintenance toolmakers, and Power Press operators
  • Interact with other manufacturing departments

Qualifications:

  • Power Press setup experience
  • Leadership experience in Power Press environment
  • 5+ years of experience as a supervisor
  • progressive die tooling Proficient in running various size Power Press machines
  • Have knowledge of computers, inspection equipment, and reading blueprints

Quality Control Inspector

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform First Piece, In-process, and Final Inspections on springs or stamped parts for compliance with engineering drawings, customer requirements, and company specifications
  • Generate and review customer and supplier documents
  • Read blueprints
  • Use inspection equipment
  • Approve items within specifications and generate inspection reports

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience as a part inspector in springs or metal forming
  • Excellent knowledge of blueprint reading
  • Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Able to use optical comparator, gages, micrometers, calipers, load testers, Rockwell testers, height gages, etc.
  • Familiar with ISO and ASO requirements
  • Keyence Visual experience is a plus

CNC Spring Maker – Machine Setup and Operator

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for setting up and operating Spring CNC machines, such as Herndon and Itaya machines
  • Follow work instructions and work to schedules
  • Measure, examine, and test completed components to detect defects
  • Coordinate training in the proper operation of the equipment in the department
  • Determine machine maintenance requirements and perform maintenance as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2 – 3 years of experience setting up Spring CNC machines, such as Herndon and Itayas
  • Expert at reading blueprints
  • Ability to use inspection gages like calipers, load testers, micrometers, and comparator
  • Team player and ability to learn and think quickly

Responsibilities:

  • Set up air press, bench top tooling
  • Coordinate training in proper operation of equipment in the department
  • Measure, examine, and test completed components to detect defects
  • Maintain appropriate industrial machines
  • Set up jobs as required
  • Determine maintenance requirements and perform maintenance as needed per company procedures

Qualifications:

  • 2 – 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Able to read blueprints
  • Able to use basic inspection gauges such as calipers, load testers, micrometers, and comparators
  • Team player and able to learn and think quickly

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Responsible for operating various machines and bench operations to fabricate wire formed and metal stamped components.
  • Follow work instructions and work to schedules.
  • Operate air or mechanical presses.
  • Operate drill presses.
  • Tapping machines.
  • Assemble components.
  • Sorting of product.
  • Measuring and gaging.
  • Following directions from setup personnel.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • No previous experience necessary, training will be provided.
  • Team player and ability to learn and think quickly.
  • Reliable and has attention to detail.
