Since Rowley Spring and Stamping has been in business of over 60 years, we felt it was time to upgrade a few things around the factory. Our first improvement was making our signs more modern and up-to-date. As we continue to grow, we hope to improve and remodel many aspects of our building in order for our business to stay on top!

Remembering our Veterans
Rowley Spring and Stamping would like to say thank you to all of our veterans for everything they have done for us and our country. We are honored to have veterans work with us and continue to employ and support them today. We have updated this display near our main entrance to honor and thank older veterans who have worked at Rowley for a long time and also to thank our younger veterans!

Manufacturing Mania 2015!
On October 2nd 2015, Rowley Spring and Stamping joined other manufacturing companies in the area at the Boys and Girls Club in Bristol for Manufacturing Mania 2015. This convention is here to show the importance of manufacturing to the grade school and technical school children as well as motivate them towards a future in this field. We would like to thank the Bristol Boys and Girls Club for hosting this amazing event and ‘Connecticut. Dream It. Do It.’ for putting this event together to help in the education of the younger generation on why manufacturing is crucial to producing finished goods for everyday products. Manufacturing Mania will continue for the whole month of October, but Rowley Spring and Stamping will continue to educate students and spark their interests into a career of manufacturing all year round, thanks to our program with the Bristol Adult Education.

The Rowley Spring Workforce Program goes to the State Capital
The purpose of the visit was to get the Workforce Development program recognized at the state level. Right now Rowley’s workforce program is being funded by private grants and, although they are greatly appreciated, they can’t sustain the program for long. The program has been such a huge success for all the participants who make it through graduation that we are really hoping to see the state recognize how beneficial adult education programs are to our economy. There’s already been numerous participants that have been on unemployment for many years going through the program and graduating with a job and no longer needing government support to sustain themselves. Giving people the opportunity to get sustainable jobs and an education is the goal of the program and we are really hoping to be able to continue this goal for a long time because Rowley stands behind a better education and sustainable future for everyone.
