We specialize in high volume parts made with our custom tooling, but are happy to build single prototypes and short runs to high-volume production. Our fully equipped tool room and range of coiler and torsion machines make low-volume work cost-effective.

Prototypes/samples: 5–14 days depending on complexity. Production orders: 4–8 weeks. Expedited service is available on request.

Yes—our in-house design team provides full engineering support, part design assistance, cost-reduction suggestions, and custom tool design (progressive dies, fourslide tools, blanking dies, Wire EDM).

Progressive stampings, fourslide/multi-slide stampings, CNC wire forming, fourslide wire forming, and secondary operations. We design and build all custom tooling in-house with experienced toolmakers.
