Our facility operates ???28 power presses ranging from 32 to 150 tons???, allowing us to accommodate a wide range of material thicknesses and part geometries. We utilize both OBI (Open Back Inclinable) presses and straight-side presses, providing flexibility to handle everything from simple stampings to more complex, high-tonnage applications.

Power presses are ideal for progressive die stamping, blanking, piercing, forming, embossing, and coining operations. With carefully engineered tooling and precise press calibration, we ensure consistent part quality across long production runs.

Each job is evaluated by our engineering team to determine optimal press tonnage, tooling design, and material utilization — maximizing efficiency while minimizing waste and downtime.
