Assemblies

Rowley’s capabilities allow us to integrate our spring and stamping components into complete turn-key assemblies.  We employ different mechanical methods such as spot welding, swedging, press fitting, staking, etc.. Sub-assemblies can include additional components such as clinch nuts, bushings, posts, inserts, and a variety of other items in order to enhance the final product.

Small electro-mechanical assemblies can be produced through the following processes:

  • Staking
  • Welding
  • Tapping
  • Gluing
  • Brazing
